15% HCl cation resin cleaner

Saline alkaline anion resin cleaning

1. Cleaning solution preparation

Cation exchange resin sterilization

Chloramine disinfection: (N-Cl-4-toluene - SD sodium): 260g/m3

Sodium dichloroisocyanurate: 130 g/m3

Peracetic acid: CH3-CO3-H + H2OàCH3-CO2-H + H2O2 :1-2BV .0.2%

2 dimethyl methane: CH3-O-CO-O-CO-O-CH3 + H2Oà2CH3OH +2 CO2: 1000 g/m3

Formaldehyde H2CO: 1.5BV.1%

Hydroxide (NaOH, KOH) :2-3BV, 4%

 

Work steps:

1. Air cleaning equipment filter layer

2. Backwash

3. Row of dry ion exchange column

4. Counter the disinfectant into the ion exchange column

5. 5-10h after disinfectant drained (acetic acid disinfectant over time is one hour)

6. Reflux into the water

Anion exchange resin sterilization

Hydroxide method:

1. Draining renewable filtration column

2. Repeat steps 4-7 above
