Work Safety Administration and Enterprises from Xun County Visit Our Company for Production Inspection

On March 23, 2017, Mr. Zhang Zhiqing, Director of the Heshan District Work Safety Administration, led a delegation including officials from the Xun County Work Safety Administration, safety management representatives from selected large and medium-sized enterprises in Xun County, and Director Guo from the Jijiashan Chemical Industry Park Management Committee to our facility for an inspection and exchange visit, despite the rainy weather. The visit was received by department heads from HEBI HIGER and relevant senior management.
The visiting delegation first listened to Department Manager Qiao's presentation in the office regarding our plant's production operations and carefully reviewed the company's management documentation. During this session, they inquired about various production management systems and measures implemented by the company, to which Department Manager Qiao provided detailed responses. After the briefing, the visitors, including safety management personnel from various enterprises, expressed recognition and appreciation for the advanced concepts and comprehensive measures in our company's production management, while also offering valuable suggestions for our production operations.
Subsequently, accompanied by our company personnel, Director Zhang and the delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the facilities in the central control room, workshop, and tank farm, inquiring in detail about the practical functions of the relevant equipment. When Director Zhang Zhiqing and his team entered our central control room and observed the operational monitoring systems already in place, he commended our efforts, stating that we "demonstrated strong awareness and implemented effective measures." He further instructed the accompanying enterprise safety management personnel to earnestly learn from HEBI HIGER's practices, strictly implement the "Three Simultaneities" rule for facilities, and continuously enhance management standards in compliance with regulations. This approach aims to effectively eliminate potential hazards, strengthen the construction of the production environment, pioneer new prospects in management, and promptly complete the acceptance procedures for new and expansion projects in accordance with the law.
Director Zhang encouraged our company to continue excelling in management practices and to boldly innovate. Guided by the principles of fostering harmony and ensuring production safety, he urged us to continually explore new approaches to management.
