In accordance with the Party Constitution, following thorough deliberation and discussion by all attending Party members, three comrades—Zhang Fujun, Lü Jianping, and Liu Guoxi—were elected as members of the new Party Branch Committee through a secret ballot and competitive election process.
Upon approval by the Heshan Street Working Committee of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Zhang Fujun was appointed as Secretary of the Party Branch, Comrade Lü Jianping as Organizational Commissioner, and Comrade Liu Guoxi as Publicity Commissioner.
